When raindrops are falling in my head

Usually photographers feel disappointed when they wake up and they look out of the window and it is raining.

Some photographers believe that it is too dark, too wet, too uncomfortable, too risky for the equipment. I don’t.

With the modern cameras you have more than enought light to shoot under the rain, and there are cheap and disposable waterproof bags/coats for your camera and yourself just everywhere. Keep one in your backpack.

The situation that I like less in average situations with horses and landscapes is a bright strong sunlight – obviously there are some exceptions ๐Ÿ˜‰

I love a partially cloudy day. Editing is made so much easier for those images! ๐Ÿ™‚

Rainy days, specially if it is a drizzle or light rain, are perfect. The rain cleans, the rain makes you get a new “perspective” of otherwise boring subjects, andย  it makes beautiful skies (sometimes). Rain means fertilty, it also means life.

I have many photos which I love because they were shot just after the rain ๐Ÿ™‚

Raindrops are falling in my head

The famous old song said:ย  ‘Cause I’m never gonna stop the rain by complainin’
Because I’m free
Nothin’s worryin’ me
